Hopefully everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday with family and
friends. The Far West was gifted with a beautiful weekend, with
early-season skiing available at Mammoth and Tahoe areas.

Mammoth's masters camp training week kicked off on Sunday afternoon,
leading up to our season opening races next weekend on Fri Dec. 2 - Sun
Dec. 4. Saturday's party will be at Giovanni's (see race info flyer for
details). Terrain is somewhat limited but coverage is adequate - we
WILL be racing this weekend!!

If you haven't yet done so, please get your race entries in now! Entry
deadline is Wednesday Nov. 30. As a reminder, the first time you log
into your SkiRaceReg.com account this season for submitting online race
entries, you'll be asked to (re)activate your account for the current
season. Your login and password are unchanged, the activation procedure
is to let you review/update your contact information at the start of
the new season as well as to enter the credit card information that
will be used for any entry fees. Remember, there's no additional
charges for using SkiRaceReg.com for submitting race entries and you
will only be charged when a race that you have entered is held.

Far West Masters membership is still done separately by sending your
membership application and check to Membership VP Marcie Pettigrew -
see the How to Join page for program details and the membership
application form. USSA masters competition licenses must be obtained
through USSA.
