December is here and the 2014 race season is ready to kick off! Hope everyone enjoyed a good 
Thanksgiving holiday weekend with family and friends.

Mammoth Training Camp and Races
-------------------------------

Mammoth will be running masters race training camp all week and our first races of the season will 
be next weekend on Dec. 7-8, with two GS races on Saturday and a SL on Sunday. We're expecting a 
good week of training conditions - the base is solid and the weather forecasts are calling for 
plenty of cold snow-making weather in the coming days. The schedule is SL on Mon-Tue, GS on 
Wed-Thu, and both disciplines on Friday for those coming in for the weekend races. Check in at the 
Race Department office in the morning when you arrive.

Race Signups and Membership Reminders

Please sign up for the races if you haven't yet! Sign up online or print an entry form from 
farwestmasters.org and deliver to the Mammoth Race Department by Wednesday Dec. 4.

SkiRaceReg and membership reminders: the first time you log in to your account on SkiRaceReg.com 
this season, you'll be presented with several pages that allow you to review and update your 
contact information as well as provide a current credit card that will be used for your race 
entries. There are no up-front charges for opening or re-activating your account - charges are only 
made when race entries are processed. Please note also that "membership" on SkiRaceReg.com just 
means activation of your user account for online race entries - this is *not* your Far West Masters 
membership (or your USSA masters competitor license). If you have questions or any difficulty 
getting your online registration submitted, contact technology chief Deb Lewis for assistance.
