[FWM News] Alpine SL races - early reg deadline extended

[Far West Masters news]

Our next event is two SL races at Alpine Meadows on Saturday Dec. 21. The Buck Thys Memorial recognizes the inspiration of long-time masters racer Buck Thys, who as lifelong skier, racer, and family man is credited with the reminding us: "All snow is good snow!".

The races will be on Kangaroo. Local masters who have been training there say the conditions are excellent!

The early registration deadline has been extended a day to Mon Dec. 16, to allow everyone who was at Mammoth for the season opening event to sign up on before prices go up. Online registration on SkiRaceReg.com/fw <https://www.skiracereg.com/fw> closes 8pm Thursday 12/19; late entries and cancellations after the close of online registration are at the discretion of Alpine Race Dept.
