The Summer issue has stories from the final months of the 2018-2019 race season along with the 
President's Letter column from FWM president Ray Tulloch and information about the US Masters 
membership renewal coming this fall.

While we have much to celebrate, there is also sad news to share about the passing of two of our 
finest members. John Gianotti passed away quietly in March, just before the Mammoth nationals and 
many of us had the opportunity to share memories, stories, and laughter about our amazing friend 
John. In late May, we lost Norma Lausmann, a great champion herself as well as one of the founding 
organizers along with her husband Joe Lausmann of our widely respected Scholarship Program.
