The format is as follows:</span></div><ol><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">Teams will be selected from the entries received by Saturday afternoon April 16</span><span style="font-size: 8px; letter-spacing: 0px; "><sup>th</sup></span><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">.</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">Each team will consist of about 8 racers and there will be 5 (teams “A”-“E”).</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">Each team will have their racers ranked into one of about 8 slots (“1” through “8”) with the most skilled athlete at slot “1 “down to the least skilled at slot “8”.</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">This will be a round robin event. Each of the teams will race each other team once (total of 4 runs for each racer, as you will race each of the 4 other teams once).</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">When team A races team B, the “1” racer from A will race the “1” racer from team B. The “2” racer from A will race the “2” racer from team B and so on. Since each team is seeded, each race will pair like-ability racers.</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">Each team will receive one point for each individual race won. The team with the most total points at the end of the 4 rounds is the winner.</span></li><li style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; "><span style="letter-spacing: 0px; ">Both courses will be set to be as even as possible. The entire team will race on the same course (either red or blue) for each round. Teams will be alternated each round on different courses so that by the end of the day you will have raced 2 runs on one course and 2 runs on the other. You must know yours to figure where you race each round.
