[FWM News] Squaw Valley GS Races & Daylight Savings Time Change

[Far West Masters news]

Just a few quick reminders, registration for the Squaw Valley Races this
weekend will be in the Olympic House, (by the cookie shop) from 7:30 - 8:30
AM. Exhibition lift will open at 8:15 for racers only. Inspection will be
from 8:30 - 9:15. And the race will start at 9:30.

 

The second and third runs of the day will begin as determined by conditions,
and conclusion times of the previous runs. Those times will be announced
over the PA system at the bottom in the Race Arena.

 

This race schedule will be the same for both days of racing.

 

 

Our Awards Party for Saturday will be in the Ponderosa Room of the Squaw
Valley Lodge at approximately 3:00 PM. Sunday's awards location and time
will be announced over the PA system in the Race Arena.

 

Of utmost importance is the fact that daylight savings time begins Sunday.
So remember to set your clocks ahead one hour before going to sleep Saturday
night.
