I'm passing this along to all of our Far West Masters. Although I have no prior experience (or stake) in this event, it seemed to me like the type of thing some of you may enjoy.

On behalf of the World Pro Skiing Foundation, I am writing to invite you to participate in a remarkable European multi-sport adventure providing you with a once-in-a-lifetime journey hosted by  legendary athletes and leaders of the industry as well as an up-close and personal experience at the 2013-14 opening World Cup Events.  In addition, your participation will help to support the World Pro Skiing Foundation devoted to providing ski racing opportunities for underprivileged children.  Part of the fee for this exclusive trip will be tax deductible.  A trip overview follows with a link to a detailed agenda.

Enjoy a four-season adventure trip, custom tailored to everyone’s ability/needs, starting in Innsbruck, Austria, to include hiking, mountain biking, optional rock climbing – a helicopter transfer to the Italian Dolomites, cycling with top members of the Radio Shack professional cycling team, dining with Italy’s top chef Norbert Niederkofler, and then on to the Alpine Skiing World Cup Opening in Sölden, Austria to ski the best of the glacier with the world’s preeminent female and male World Cup ski racers!  These activities are conveniently located within an hour’s traveling distance and include options for summer bob sledding on the Olympic track, canyoning, tree top parcour and the Mega Swing and Flying Fox in Tyrol. 
 
While geared towards sporting adventures, this is an outing for everyone!  If you wish to relax, watch and simply enjoy beautiful sceneries, local culinary specialties and wines, spa experiences, shopping and excellent camaraderie – you do not want to miss this trip hosted by legendary athletes!  
 
There is add-on option to stay for three and/or five days to train on the actual World Cup race hill coached by 4x World Pro Skiing Overall Champion, Andre Arnold, and possibly the US and Austrian Team coaches.  This race camp can also be booked as a stand-alone trip/race camp experience. The all inclusive cost for the three-day race camp, Sunday, Oct 27 - Wednesday, Oct 30, is Euro 2000 (500 per day).  The additional two-day cost for Thursday and Friday is Euro 500.  The total all inclusive cost for the six-day camp is Euro 2,500 (instead of 3,000 offering you a savings of 500 Euro) – 50% of the race camp fee is a tax-deductible donation to the World Pro Skiing Foundation, a 501-c-3 non-profit organization.
 
The cost for this adventure is $14,980 plus airfare to Innsbruck.  A part of the fee for this exclusive experience will be a tax-deductible donation to the World Pro Skiing Foundation, a 501-c-3 non-profit organization.  For more information please visit www.worldproskiing.org
 
v To secure your reservation, please send a non-refundable (but transferrable) deposit of $5,000 USD to World Pro Skiing Foundation, c/o Wendy Aglietti, 9 Rustling Lane, Bedford, NY   10506.  This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your trip.

v Should we not receive the 18 participants by August 30, 2013, we reserve the option to return all deposits and to not schedule such trip for 2013.

v We are pleased to offer a five percent (5%) discount if you elect to pay for the entire trip upfront (based on 18 participants) by August 30, 2013.  This discount will not be offered after this date.

v If for some reason, you cannot join the outing after the August 30th deadline, you may transfer your trip to another party, and we will do our best to help fill your spot from our waiting list.
