As of today, February 15, 2010, we are scheduled to hold our GS races at
Northstar (N*) on Challenger, and down onto Follow me. This is a very good
GS hill(s) and should be fun and challenging. This race venue is FIS
homologated and in fact will be hosting FIS University races the day before
we arrive, and the day after we depart.

The following information will help our racers have an enjoyable weekend:

PARKING

Parking at Northstar is accomplished in one of three ways;

1) Park in any of the free lots and wait for the frequent shuttle buses
(they typically run about every 3 minutes).

2) Park in the paid parking lots. For $20 you can park in the Currant Drive
parking lot, walk about 250 yards through the village to registration and
the Gondola. For $30 you can park in the "paid parking" lot shown on the
map, you will have about an 80-100 yard walk to registration and the
gondola.

3) You can park as close as you can to the new Highlands gondola. If you
park there, you will still have to walk about the same distance as the $20
parking to access registration, tickets and the gondola, but at the end of
the day, you can ski down pretty close to where you have parked. If you
arrive early enough you can also park just about as close as the Currant
drive parking area without charge.

Attached is a map of the Parking areas for your information and viewing
pleasure.

REGISTRATION

Registration will be in the Copper Lane Registration Center (same as last
year for those who attended our race last year). It is on the lower level of
the village, and is just past a Mexican food restaurant named "North of the
Boarder." It coincidentally is located on Copper Lane.

VENUE

To access the race venue, take the Big Springs Gondola up from the
Village/Registration area then exit the Gondola to the right. Then take the
Arrow Express Chair, ski straight off the Arrow Express Chair and get on the
Comstock Express Chair. The Comstock Express Chair will take you to the top
of the Mountain. Skate, and keep skating to your far left, this will take
you to the race venue.

The lift used to get back to the top is the "Backside Express." The Backside
Express will be fairly crowded starting about 10:30 so plan accordingly.
Fast Track tickets will be available at registration for $15.

Attached is a N* Trail map for your information and viewing pleasure.
