[FWM News] Northstar Races & Banquet

[Far West Masters news]

As of now, the Northstar Races are a go. Race director, Eric Whitaker, will
be on the hill early, very early Thursday morning and will update me of any
changes. He has also provided a race hotline phone number for any updates
that occur after he inspects the hill tomorrow. That number is: (530)
562-3232.

 

The schedule for tomorrow's race is as follows;

 

7:30                  registration

9:00 - 9:45        inspection

10:00                first race starts

10:30                slip/redress

10:30 - 11:00    Inspection (only if needed)

11:15                Second race starts (start time may be moved up
depending on if inspection is needed.)

 

There will be no "day of race" entries allowed at Northstar

 

Registration will be in the main ticket office located on the southeast side
of the Northstar Village

 

Banquet details;

$40.00 per person

5:00 - 6:00 PM                                   No Host Bar

6:00                                                        Dinner

6:30 (approximately)                     Awards

 

Just a reminder, at Squaw Valley, Slalom on Friday, GS on Saturday and Duals
on Sunday.

 

Registration will be on the Ground Floor of the Olympic House from 7:30 -
8:30 Friday through Sunday.

 

There will be no "day of race" entries allowed at Squaw Valley
